Tenvio is currently provided as an early-access Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The service may contain bugs, incomplete features, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

1. Introduction

Tenvio is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users organize and track contract-related information. By accessing or using Tenvio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. No Legal or Financial Advice

Tenvio is a productivity tool, not a law firm or financial advisor. Any extracted data, summaries, or alerts displayed on the platform are for informational purposes only.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing their original contracts and verifying obligations. Tenvio does not provide legal opinions or financial advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of any documents you upload.
  • Verifying all data extracted by our AI or automated systems.
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Data & Document Handling

Uploaded contracts remain your property. Tenvio stores documents securely using industry-standard providers but does not guarantee absolute data preservation. We recommend keeping your own backups of critical documents.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Missed deadlines or financial penalties.
  • Incorrect interpretation of contract terms.
  • Business decisions made based on platform data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in cases of misuse.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
